As a member of the 3rd St. Saint's, they need to push back against a city looking to wipe them out, in order to rise up the ranks
and eventually control the streets. If it takes theft, extortion or tried and true brute force, then that's what they gotta do. Only then will they rule the streets. BUT players have to watch their back - on their purpose to rise as the city's controlling syndicate, reputable and powerful gangs, including politicians have them in their crosshairs. The never seen before non-linear game play in a completely open environment, delivers an experience unlike any other inside a fully realized living city. Players can be who they want to be by creating their character from 1000's of options and outfit them with the latest threads.
